Job summary

Wills Group in Maryland leads a network of Dash In locations and other brands. The Area Manager will supervise multiple corporate stores, focus on sales growth, and uphold brand standards while guiding store teams toward operational excellence.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in store management, strong P&L experience, and a proven ability to recruit, develop, and motivate Managers. The role involves travel across 2–5 units in the region and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Food Service and/or Retail in a Store Manager or Multi-Unit Manager role
• Experience managing and analyzing P&L statements
• Proven experience developing and leading a team
• Retail operational proficiency and business acumen
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams to deliver Dash In Brand standards and strong customer experiences
• Meet or exceed store financial plans, manage margins and labor costs
• Develop Store Managers into strong leaders and build a positive store culture
• Review monthly P&L and create improvement plans based on results
• Ensure stores are properly staffed and trained, support recruiting and learning
• Adhere to policies on cigarette/alcohol sales, cash, inventory, and daily reporting
