Job summary

Tesco PLC is hiring a Regional Stock Take Team Leader for a remote role based in and around London. You will lead a team of stock take assistants, coordinate with stores, and ensure high standards of accuracy and service while working night shifts (22:00–06:00, Sun–Fri).

Responsibilities include developing the team, mentoring store colleagues, and ensuring safe working practices. A strong emphasis on communication and data interpretation is required to drive results.

We are currently recruiting for a Regional Stock Take Team Leader This will be a remote role based in and around London The working hours will be 22:00 - 06:00 Sunday - Friday

You will be responsible for

• Work within Business Support and stores to support the delivery of streams of work designed to support, improve stores ensuring we always serve customers, communities and the planet a little better everyday.

• Lead a team of external supplier colleagues to complete stock takes in Tesco stores to a high standard, ensuring that great service is delivered consistently across the business.

You will need

• Planning & organising.
• Preference of experience of leading a team.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Ability and motivation to work night shifts regularly
• Ability to travel to different stores each night
• Communication skills.
• Preferred experience of stock control within a store environment. Annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of base salary.
• Holiday starting at 25 days plus a personal day (plus Bank holidays).
