• Certificate at hire: Sterile Processing Distribution Technician or Registered Central Service Technician.

• Oversee audits and improvements in sterile processing performance regionwide.
• Identify training needs and implement regional staff education on sterile processing.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and develop corrective action plans.
