Job summary

Adecco is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative/Regional Account Manager to cover Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas and Oklahoma. The role requires frequent travel (50%–75%), a strong book of business, and the ability to manage inside/outside sales targets across cold finished steel bar and seamless tubing products.

The position offers a base salary of $85K–$105K with a $600/month vehicle allowance, annual bonus opportunities, and medical, dental, vision, life, 401K, and PTO benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in Inside and/or Outside Sales (industrial specific)
• College degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of Cold Finished Steel Bar and/or Seamless Tubing sales preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and maintain a strong sales lead network.
• Communicate pricing trends, market information, and competitive data to Sales Management.
• Build relationships at all organizational levels within client companies.
• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products or services.
• Demonstrate product value based on customer needs and ROI.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and post-sale issue resolution.
• Keep existing and past customers informed about new products and enhancements.
• Maintain detailed sales activity reports and territory forecasts.
• Prepare monthly territory forecasts.
• Complete administrative tasks: call reports, territory reports, quotes, and itineraries.
