Job summary

Adecco is seeking a CFSB Outside Sales Representative - Regional Account Manager to cover Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas and Oklahoma. You must live in one of these states and drive growth across a defined sales region.

The role requires 5–7 years of inside/outside sales in the cold finished steel or seamless tubing sector, with a base salary of $85,000 to $105,000 per year plus benefits and a monthly vehicle allowance. Expect significant travel and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree preferred.
• Significant experience in Sales Management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and the ability to use a computerized business system.
• Cold Finished Steel Bar experience a must; Seamless Tubing knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consistently develop new business and build a network of sales leads.
• Communicate pricing trends, market trends, and competitive information to Sales Management.
• Develop relationships at all levels of the clients we serve.
• Identify and understand customer product needs and suggest suitable solutions.
• Demonstrate the functions and utility of products based on customer needs.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolve post-sale issues.
• Keep in touch with existing and former customers about new products and enhancements.
• Maintain detailed sales activity reports: calls, orders, lost business, and relationships.
• Provide monthly territory sales forecasts.
• Write call reports, monthly territory reports, update opportunity lists, maintain quote logs, and travel itineraries.
