Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and Master’s in healthcare or related field preferred.
• CHC certification preferred or achievable within 1 year of employment.
• Minimum of two years in healthcare operations, law, finance, coding/billing or compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Compliance Program in the assigned region.
• Serve as the official contact and public representative for the company in the region.
• Provide assistance and information on program elements.
• Represent the Compliance Program at meetings, presentations and subcommittees.
• Assist in identifying risk areas and develop risk assessments and investigations.
• Oversee data collection, analysis and reporting of program measures to leadership.
