Job summary

Spectrum Center Schools and Programs seeks a Regional Speech Language Pathologist to join our Special Education team. You will evaluate students, design individualized therapy plans, and collaborate with families, teachers, and clinicians to advance communication and literacy across K-12 settings.

The role requires travel between California locations and ongoing professional development, with a competitive salary and a $2,000 annual education stipend.

Qualifications

• Master’s in speech pathology or closely related field.
• Current or in-process SLP credential; CA license preferred.
• CA driver’s license required or obtainable.
• Crisis management training certification preferred; data-driven decision making.
• Experience providing speech therapy in education/IEP settings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students to identify speech-language needs and service levels.
• Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans.
• Set collaborative goals with families, educators and team.
• Monitor progress with data-driven assessments and adjust plans.
• Provide direct therapy across age-appropriate, natural settings.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes and billing within 24 hours.
• Collaborate with teachers and service providers to generalize goals.
• Lead onsite program support and staff development.
