Job summary

Spectrum Center Schools and Programs in Southern California seeks a Regional Speech Language Pathologist to join our award-winning Special Education team and provide comprehensive speech-language therapy across K-12.

Responsibilities include evaluating students, developing individualized plans, setting goals with families and educators, data-driven progress monitoring, and collaborating with school teams. Travel between locations is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in speech pathology or closely related field.
• Licensed or pursuing SLP credential.
• Ability to obtain CA driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students to determine speech-language therapy needs.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and track progress.
• Set goals with families and educators.
• Monitor progress with data-driven assessments.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy using evidence-based strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and billing within timelines.
