Job summary

React Health is seeking a Regional Account Manager to drive growth in Sleep and Respiratory DME products and software solutions with medical equipment distributors, physicians, and clinicians. You will manage a defined territory, meet sales quotas, and coordinate resources across teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in medical sales, strong presentation and relationship-building skills, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Travel and occasional after-hours work are expected.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of medical sales experience.
• Experience calling on physicians and clinicians.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Ability to influence and build relationships.
• Proactive, flexible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Proficient in conducting virtual meetings and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary sales contact for DME/HME and Sleep Lab accounts within defined territory.
• Achieves assigned sales quota and profitability across all product lines in territory.
• Conducts regular sales calls and education/training to customer accounts: Phone, Web Meetings, In-person
• Manages territory budget to maximize customer impact including product and travel expenses
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve objectives and improve customer experience
• Utilize and maintain CRM database with customer info and sales analyses
• Increase knowledge of products and industry including competitors
• Attend regional and national trade shows as requested by VP of Sales
• May require occasional work outside normal business hours, including weekends.
