The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Skin & Spa Specialist to drive growth of Aveda's professional skin, body, spa, aroma, and lifestyle education across the region.

You will partner with Education, Salon Development Partners, Sales, and Institutes to build technical expertise and support retail and service growth. Through hands-on education, coaching, and business partnership, you will ensure adherence to service philosophy and professional protocols while creating meaningful

Qualifications

• Current Esthetics License required.
• Massage Therapist License preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to travel regionally and nationally as needed; extensive travel required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, technically accurate education on Aveda skin care, body care, spa, aroma, and lifestyle products and services to salon and spa owners, estheticians, massage therapists, artists, educators, Aveda Advisors, Institute staff, and students.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual education programs that inspire confidence, strengthen technical capabilities, and support commercial objectives.
• Provide onboarding education for new Aveda salons and spas.
• Deliver hands-on demonstrations, coaching, and development to improve treatment performance and retail recommendations.
• Support product launches through education, demonstrations, and activation programs.
• Maintain expertise in Aveda products and industry trends, incorporating best practices into education experiences.
• Represent Aveda at regional events and trade shows, reflecting brand mission and values.
