Job summary

SBA Communications seeks a Regional Site Manager, Operations to oversee on-site management, operation, and regulatory compliance for all SBA sites within the assigned geographic area.

The role requires exercising discretion and independent judgement on tower safety, management policies, and relations with Ground Owners and tenants, including handling complaints and disputes.

It also ensures towers are marketed and maintained to support the company’s network.
