Job summary

SBA Communications is seeking a Regional Site Manager, Operations to oversee on-site management, regulatory compliance, and safety for all towers within an assigned geographic area. You will manage contractor work, coordinate maintenance, and ensure timely inspections while maintaining strong relationships with Ground Owners and officials.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 3–5 years of field operations experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED with 3–5 years of field operations experience.
• Valid government-issued driver's license and willingness to travel domestically.
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site operations and regulatory compliance for all SBA sites in the assigned area.
• Coordinate safety inspections and ensure site compliance with FAA/FCC regulations.
• Lead contractor management and maintenance scheduling for towers.
• Audit sites and maintain accurate asset data and TLS documentation.
• Liaise with Ground Owners, managers and public officials to maintain good relations.
