Maintain project documentation: logs, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and reports.

Project Superintendent — Site Development Company: Vallencourt Construction (Family-owned)

Location: Georgia / South Carolina border south to Glynn County, GA (regional travel required)

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead site development projects across our service region (from the GA/SC border down to Glynn County, GA). The Superintendent will oversee field operations, coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety and quality standards, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily field operations for site development and underground utilities projects
Manage and coordinate crews, subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors
Read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules
Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe jobsite (OSHA compliance)
Track daily production, material usage, and equipment needs
Maintain project documentation: logs, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and reports
Communicate regularly with Project Managers, owners, and inspectors
Ensure work meets quality standards and project specifications
