Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics is seeking a Regional Site Project Engineer to support the Kentucky Regional team on customer project implementation. The role covers installation, commissioning, and startup of material handling solutions, coordinating with the Project Manager and field engineers to ensure safety, accuracy, and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have a 4-year engineering or construction management degree, strong CAD skills (SolidWorks/AutoCAD), and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 4-year Engineering or Building Construction Management degree required.
• Eligible to work in the USA without sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel 80% on-site with overnight trips.
• CAD experience with SolidWorks/AutoCAD preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Manager and Field Application Engineer on project needs.
• Assist with final review of equipment layouts and installation drawings; update as needed.
• Contribute input for RFQ for installation contractor selection.
• Oversee on-site receiving, organize the implementation site, and document damage/inventory.
• Develop daily Site Reports and share with project team and customer.
• Manage subcontractor personnel and ensure adherence to safety and project standards.
• Support installation, start-up, and debugging of automation equipment with the team.
