Job summary

ACCO Engineered Systems seeks a regional operations leader to oversee sheet metal fabrication across multiple sites. You will drive productivity, quality, and adherence to codes while managing leaders, preparing budgets, and ensuring safety compliance.

The role requires extensive construction leadership experience, strong people management, and the ability to coordinate with operations, field leadership, procurement, and safety teams across a regional footprint.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in construction, including 5+ years in sheet metal fabrication.
• Experience leading multiple direct reports across regional sites.
• Bachelor's degree or certification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (desired).

Responsibilities

• Regional Operational Leadership: Lead and oversee sheet metal fabrication operations across regional locations to drive productivity and quality.
• Talent Development & Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and develop shop leadership teams with succession planning.
• Production & Resource Management: Optimize fabrication execution, including scheduling, material flow, and workflow efficiency.
• Quality & Code Compliance: Enforce QA/QC standards and compliance with codes, submittals, and welding procedures.
• Safety & Risk Mitigation: Enforce safety protocols and mitigate operational risks.
• Financial Planning & Budgeting: Oversee budgeting and financial planning to maintain cost efficiency.
