Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience leading construction projects.
• Experience and deep understanding of sheet metal, controls, air balance.
• Member of the local sheet metal union in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all sheet metal field activities to meet standards and productivity goals.
• Coordinate labor with Project Managers and PEs on bid strategies and project execution.
• Mentor and develop supervision staff; ensure safety and QA/QC protocols.
