Qualifications

12+ years of experience in construction, including 5+ years in sheet metal fabrication.
Experience leading multiple direct reports in a regional setting.
Bachelor’s degree or certification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Experience with advanced fabrication technologies such as Status, Trimble, or Autodesk AEC Collection.
Proficiency in Spanish.

Responsibilities

Lead regional sheet metal fabrication operations across assigned locations.
Recruit, mentor, and develop shop leadership teams.
Optimize regional fabrication scheduling, material flow and efficiency.
Ensure QA/QC, codes, submittals and weld procedures compliance.
Enforce safety protocols and mitigate operational risks.
Oversee budgeting and financial planning for the region.
Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Logistics, and Labor Relations.
Travel 25–50% to regional branches and facilities.
Interpret drawings, specifications, and building codes; oversee complex projects.
