Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years in Safety, Health and Environmental Management Systems.
- Preferred SH&E certifications and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee safety management at assigned profit centers and ensure policy adherence.
- Prepare reports and recommend procedures to improve performance.
- Conduct safety inspections, audits and training across branches.
- Develop annual SH&E business plans with regional leadership.
- Lead safety coordinators and drive corrective actions with timelines.
- Monitor regional performance and lead safety meetings and boot camps.
