Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of Service Operations or Project Management experience
• Minimum 5 years of transformer service or power product field service experience preferred
• Ability to travel up to 25% preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute regional service activities on-site and off-site
• Monitor service execution against schedule, quality, cost, margin and customer satisfaction
• Allocate and coordinate work based on orders, delivery timelines, competencies and workload
• Ensure materials, components and warranty classifications support service delivery
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to support customer satisfaction, retention and regional growth
• Support continuous improvement using service data, customer feedback and digital tools
• Ensure service findings are communicated to product and system teams for improvement
• Organize, supervise and develop Service Engineers, Service Technicians and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, procedures and guidelines
