HandCraft Linen Services is seeking a Regional Service Operations Specialist to support customer accounts across the Eastern South Carolina region. You will be the primary operational contact, resolving service concerns, managing linen and scrub inventory, and coordinating with production and transportation teams to keep service running smoothly.

In this role you will also coordinate day-to-day depot activities and help maintain driver accountability through collaboration with transportation

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years in territory or multi-location support.
• Experience in customer service operations, account management, or logistics.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; travel readiness.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Manage service requests, shortages, and urgent issues.
• Coordinate communication across internal departments.
• Investigate billing questions and invoice discrepancies.
• Support reporting, utilization reviews, and sample requests.
• Manage inventory allocations and monitor utilization trends.
• Review inventory levels and support reporting follow-ups.
• Create and maintain customer contracts and account updates.
• Coordinate onboarding for new installations and transitions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Transportation, and others.
