Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Field Service Engineers (Imaging, CT/MRI) and travel up to 50% to customer hospital sites.
• Plan and oversee the Company Service business for the assigned customer.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with the Company.
• Perform administrative tasks supporting the Company, Service, and the customer.
• Meet all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the business.
• Manage training for personnel to ensure only trained staff service equipment.
• Report to Zone Service Director.
• Supervise Field Service Engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Three to five years of experience in service management or equivalent.

Physical Expectations

• Sitting or standing for long periods.
• Keyboarding, typing, reading, sitting, phone work, filing.
• Talking in person and on the phone.
• Lifting over 25 pounds but not more than 50 pounds.
