AccruePartners is seeking a senior leader to own and elevate service operations for a growing healthcare manufacturing organization. This role focuses on leading a remote team, optimizing regional service delivery, and partnering with Sales, Operations, and Distribution to support organizational growth.

You will drive process improvements, coach technical professionals, and influence service strategy across cross-functional projects, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in service operations or related leadership roles.

WHERE THIS SITS

• Primarily remote in PST with 30-50% travel across the west coast

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of technical service professionals while driving engagement, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee regional service operations, ensuring customer commitments, performance goals, and service expectations are consistently achieved.
• Improve service processes to increase efficiency, optimize resources, and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Partner with internal teams to support new service program launches, operational initiatives, and ongoing improvements.
• Manage regional resources, budgets, and priorities to align with business goals and customer needs.
• Build strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to enhance service solutions and strengthen partnerships.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

• 10+ years of experience in service operations, field services, technical operations, or a related leadership environment.
• Proven experience leading and developing remote or geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong background in process improvement, project management, and operational excellence.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience; healthcare technology, medical equipment, or technical service experience is a plus.
