Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in California seeks a seasoned Senior Mechanic to serve as the mechanical backbone of our parks across Castle Park and Boomers centers. You’ll lead maintenance, drive our preventative program, and keep rides safe and reliable in the field.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of hands-on mechanical maintenance in entertainment or hospitality.
• Experience maintaining go-karts and ride systems.
• Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Experience developing and managing preventative maintenance programs.
• OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain; lockout/tagout certified.
• Demonstrated leadership supervising mechanical staff.
• Ability to work across multiple sites; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute a preventative maintenance schedule across California park locations.
• Perform safety inspections on go-karts, bumper boats, batting cages, kiddie rides, mini golf, laser tag, and arcade equipment.
• Ensure ride and attraction systems meet state regulations.
• Maintain inspection records and parts usage.
• Coordinate with third-party inspectors for annual/state inspections.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues.
• Manage parts inventory and procurement across locations.
• Lead and mentor a team of mechanics across locations.
• Communicate with park leadership about equipment status, timelines, and safety concerns.
