Qualifications

• Experience: Three years of professional experience in assisting in the coordination of a health-related program(s) or referring people to governmental and private resources.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, implement, and track the Self-Directed Services program in the Southern Maryland Region.
• Supervise the Regional Self-Advocacy Specialist and staff who review and approve Person-Centered Plans for self-directed services.
• Provide oversight, guidance, and problem solving to ensure effective service delivery and compliance with program requirements.
