Job summary

Ripple is seeking a Regional Security Manager to oversee our security operations across MENA and APAC. You will drive a regionally aligned security function, partner with local leadership, HR, Legal, and Workplace teams, and provide a locally informed safety resource for employees.

You will build and own the regional security strategy, enhance incident response, manage vendor relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness across the footprint across two dynamic regions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary in-region point of contact for security matters across MENA and APAC, advising regional leadership, HR, Legal, and Workplace teams on security posture and risk.
• Own and continuously develop the regional security strategy, including travel risk management, incident response protocols, and office security standards across the footprint.
• Lead and manage vendor relationships across the region, measuring the performance of third-party contractors, guarding providers, and security service partners to ensure consistent delivery.
• Build and maintain local relationships with authorities, industry peers, and intelligence sources to strengthen situational awareness and early-warning capability.
• Lead regional incident response, ensuring rapid, locally-informed decision-making and escalation.
