Job summary

Creative Artists Agency (CAA) is seeking an experienced Global Safety & Security professional to support the development and operation of programs that keep people safe across the US and around the world. The role focuses on physical security operations, emergency preparedness, threat management, and collaboration with Tech, HR, Legal, and regional teams.

This position is on-site at our Nashville, Tennessee office and reports to the Director of Global Physical Security.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of work experience in enterprise security, law enforcement, investigations, crisis management, or other relevant fields.
• Strong tactical execution and project management skills.
• Strong sense of teamwork, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service and professionalism.
• Able to work collaboratively and build productive relationships across levels and functions.
• Strong written and verbal communications.
• Demonstrated ability to be responsive and deliver results in dynamic and ambiguous situations, including when under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Physical Security Operations: develop, implement and manage regional security programs; manage regional assets, facilities, employees, and travelers; maintain processes to reduce risks and protect people and assets; implement policies and training; coordinate with HR, Legal and local agencies; collaborate on security tech deployments; brief senior management on security issues; participate in regional crisis and incident response.
