Creative Artists Agency (CAA) seeks a strategic Cybersecurity Architect to join our Purple Team in Nashville. You will design, validate, and evolve enterprise security architecture aligned with real‑world adversarial threats, bridging offensive and defensive security to ensure systems are secure by design, resilient by default, and continuously tested.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years in cybersecurity with architecture or senior engineering roles.
• Hands-on Cyber Threat and Offensive Security experience to test controls.
• Strong knowledge of network security, cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP), and enterprise architectures.
• Experience scripting in PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience aligning threat management to MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, ISO27001, CIS, OWASP.
• Experience integrating SOAR, SIEM, Vulnerability Scanning, and threat feeds.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve enterprise security architecture with secure-by-design principles.
• Lead secure design patterns and reference architectures for cloud-native and SaaS.
• Bridge Red Team and Blue Team to translate findings into architectural improvements.
• Plan and run Purple Team exercises to validate controls across infra, apps, and SaaS.
• Develop threat models for SaaS integrations, APIs, and identity flows.
• Define and enforce security architecture standards for SaaS adoption.
• Assess and secure SaaS ecosystems, including third-party integrations and APIs.
• Evaluate controls for Zero Trust, microservices, containers, and serverless.
