Job summary

FedEx Braselton is seeking a seasoned security professional to serve as the primary regional security resource, protecting people, assets, and brand integrity. The role conducts risk assessments, manages urgent incidents, and leads investigations into workplace violence, fraud, and losses while coordinating with law enforcement and regulators.

You will monitor security systems, track program metrics, and train business partners on security best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a directly related field such as corporate security, audit, military, law enforcement, transportation or loss prevention.
• Three years of related corporate security, audit, law enforcement, or loss prevention experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to prepare detailed reports.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license to operate company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead district level security program efforts to protect people, assets, and brand at the assigned location.
• Conduct risk assessments and respond to urgent security matters.
• Lead investigations into workplace violence, fraud, losses, or integrity concerns.
• Liaise with law enforcement and regulatory agencies to support investigations and compliance.
• Monitor security plans and technologies, including surveillance cameras and access control.
• Track security metrics and report on program goals; train partners on security practices.
• Coordinate on-site reviews and action plans for security shipping concerns, including lost or damaged shipments.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory areas including TSA, FAA, and company policies.
