Job summary

Progress Residential is seeking a Regional Safety & Security Partner to support safety, security, and risk management across assigned markets. This role partners with Operations, HR, Legal, and other stakeholders to protect employees, residents, and company assets.

The role blends investigative support, regional security oversight, workplace safety, and incident response, functioning as an embedded regional partner across markets with day-to-day consultation, investigations, training, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in investigations, corporate security, safety, law enforcement, or related field.
• Experience conducting investigations, incident response, interviews, or security fieldwork preferred.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Operations, HR, Legal, or other stakeholders preferred.
• Exposure to workplace safety or OSHA-related processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations and incident response across assigned markets.
• Provide regional safety and security oversight and training.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and external partners as needed.
• Maintain site security assessments and address vulnerabilities.
• Prepare clear investigative summaries and reports.
