Responsibilities

Leadership
– Manage a small, regional professional team focused on security, resilience, and crisis management.
– Partner cross-functionally with business management leadership.
– Foster invaluable relationships with law enforcement and intelligence agencies.
– Manage outsourced security vendors.

Resiliency and Incident Response
– Develop a strategy-based approach to identification and response to critical incidents.
– Coordinate and provide incident response.
– Train personnel in local crisis response teams.
– Support standards that limit exposure, liability, and reputational risk.

Risk Management
– Provide subject matter expertise to senior management.
– Expand a culture of security awareness and prevention of security incidents.
– Contribute to the development of group security strategies.

Protective Services
– Conduct a wide variety of investigations in support of internal operations and external threats.
– Aid in the protection of intellectual property and trade secrets through innovation.
– Support security risk evaluations.

Intelligence
– Develop intelligence related to internal and external threats to regional operations.
– Evaluate and proactively model threats to people, processes, and intellectual property.
– Brief leadership on emerging issues.

Human Capital
– Develop protection protocols for leadership both onsite and remote.
– Manage and enhance domestic and international travel and event security programs.
– Foster awareness of security-related concerns through development and delivery of education initiatives.

Physical Security
– Develop and support innovative processes to protect tangible and intangible assets.
– Extensively travel within the region in support of site surveys and compliance with local regulations.
– Implement efficiency in regional site security programs.
