Great Hearts Academies North Texas seeks an experienced RN to serve as North Texas Float School Nurse. You will provide direct student health services across campuses, ensuring safety, triage, and timely care while supporting attendance and education access.

The position requires active Texas RN license, CPR certification, and willingness to travel between North Texas campuses. You will collaborate with Health Services to implement IHPs and ECPs and maintain accurate health records.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license and current CPR certification.
• Experience with pediatric student health settings.
• Ability to travel between North Texas campuses.
• Strong documentation and health records skills.
• Knowledge of Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs) and Emergency Care Plans (ECPs).

Responsabilités

• Provide school nursing coverage across North Texas campuses.
• Triage and manage student health concerns and emergencies.
• Administer medications per orders and maintain records.
• Develop and support IHPs and ECPs for students.
• Collaborate with Health Services on training and QA.
• Assist with health services audits and compliance.
• Travel between campuses as coverage demands.
