Job summary

Babilou Family US is seeking a proactive Facilities Technician to maintain safe, code‑compliant schools across multiple locations. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and safety checks, while documenting work orders and coordinating with school leadership.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass required background and fingerprint checks.
• Basic proficiency using smartphones, tablets, or laptops for work orders and communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs across multiple school locations, including HVAC filter changes, basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, playground equipment, fencing, and landscaping.
• Respond promptly to facility service requests, urgent issues, and emergencies.
• Conduct routine safety checks and address issues before they escalate.
• Maintain accurate work orders and documentation using company systems.
• Communicate repairs, timelines, and recommendations to school leadership.
