Good Feet Midwest is seeking a Regional Sales Consultant to drive sales at our Orland Park and Highland, IN locations, with potential work at nearby Naperville, Geneva, Schaumburg, and Algonquin. Earn $60,000–$80,000+ yearly with hourly pay, commissions, and monthly bonuses, plus uncapped earning potential and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one consultations with customers
Build trust and uncover customer needs
Recommend solutions through a proven consultative sales process
Follow up with prospects and existing customers
Manage a personal book of business
Generate referrals and positive customer reviews
Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
Work independently during scheduled store shifts when needed
