Job summary

Brunner & Lay, Inc. is seeking an experienced sales professional to manage and grow the Western territory, covering California, Nevada, and Arizona. You will support existing customers, develop new business, and collaborate with distribution partners to expand regional sales.

You must reside in CA, NV, or AZ and be prepared for overnight travel up to 75–80% as you drive a company truck and manage a growing customer base within mining, demolition, and construction sectors.

Qualifications

• At least five years of sales experience, preferably in mining, demolition, or construction.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to manage a large territory, plan travel, and follow through on customer commitments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Residence within California, Nevada, or Arizona.

Responsibilities

Brunner & Lay, Inc. is seeking an experienced sales professional to manage and grow our Western territory, covering California, Nevada, and Arizona. We are a family-owned manufacturer based in Springdale, Arkansas, serving the mining, demolition, and construction industries for more than 140 years.

In this role, you will support existing customers, develop new business, and work with distribution partners and direct accounts to grow regional sales.

Territory and Travel

You must live within the territory and be available for overnight travel, up to 75% to 80% of the time. Most travel involves driving a company-provided pickup truck. You will plan your schedule, coordinate customer visits, and maintain regular in-person contact with customers throughout the region.
