Regional Sales Manager West - Industrial - Trojan

Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within the assigned territory. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts, meeting targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars. This position is part of the Sales team and will be remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new customer acquisition, meet with customers, manage & cultivate strategic partner relationships.
• Ensure achievement of sales plans by managing opportunity / sales funnel through Trojan Technologies' CRM.
• Meet or exceed new customer & funnel growth targets.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering or a related science.
• 8+ years of experience in direct and channel-based selling or 3+ years managing sales personnel in industrial markets.
• Proven track record of negotiating & closing contracts over $1m.
• Ability to travel 50-70% of the time throughout the Western US.

Preferred Qualifications

• Based in the Western US, within an hour of a major airport.
• Experience with "Water as a Service" or water mobile filtration rentals.
