Responsibilities include growing sales and profit margins within your territory, establishing relationships with key personnel, and meeting sales targets. This role is remote and part of the sales team.
Your typical day involves representing Trojan to prospective customers, driving new customer acquisition, managing relationships, and ensuring sales goals are met.
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or related sciences
- 8+ years in direct/channel sales or 3+ years managing sales in industrial markets (Chemicals, Mining, Oil & Gas, etc.)
- Proven track record closing contracts over $1M
- Ability to travel 50-70% within the Western US
Preferred qualifications:
- Based near a major airport in the Western US
- Experience with Water as a Service or mobile water filtration rentals

Compensation & Benefits:
Range: $100,000 - $120,000 USD/year plus commissions. Benefits include paid time off, insurance, and 401(k).
