The Sales Manager will support our Water Solutions & Services, Dewatering-Rental Division (legacy Godwin brand) and is responsible for the overall administration, execution, and continuous improvement of the sales management system. This role will cover our western region. This role develops and implements sales policies and procedures, manages a team of sales professionals, and ensures that sales activities are aligned with company goals and performance expectations.
The Sales Manager regularly reviews sales performance data, conducts sales meetings, maintains sales documentation, and ensures compliance with applicable industry standards and regulations. The role also works closely with cross-functional partners to support strategic initiatives, improve processes, and provide clear reporting and communication to senior leadership.
The estimated salary range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
