Job Description
The Regional Sales Manager will lead the company’s sales efforts in the HVAC division throughout the Western Region. This channel is primarily through HVAC distribution via Manufacturers Representatives.
This position will serve Friedrich Air Conditioning Division customers in the Western Region of the U.S., from a home-based office located in the region. Our ideal candidate is based in California, Arizona, or Nevada, near a major airport.
The pay scale for this position in California is $108,000 - $172,692. Please note all pay ranges are broadly stated and any final offer is dependent on factors such as location, direct experience, market guidance and internal equity, among other qualifying criteria.
