Supporting the Greater Boston/NE & Toronto territories

Our Regional Sales Managers drive our success, and we’re looking for an ambitious, high-energy salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, results-oriented professional with a passion for excellence. This individual will leverage existing networks with enterprise organizations and strategic partners to develop new opportunities and grow the pipeline. Experience in the application security marketplace is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales efforts within your assigned region, identifying and developing new opportunities within target accounts.
  • Create and execute a comprehensive territory plan, prospecting into target accounts to engage champions and sponsors.
  • Collaborate closely with solutions architects, business development representatives (BDRs), channel account managers, customer success managers, and extended field team resources to drive regional sales.
  • Deliver outcome-based proposals to prospects, focusing on value creation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with resellers, system integrators, and other strategic partners.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 6-8 years in cybersecurity software sales or a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, strong organizational abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Work Ethic: A solid work ethic, unquestionable integrity, and a self-starter attitude.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Travel: Must be open to travel as needed up to 50%
  • Presentation: Skilled in delivering compelling presentations.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Resourceful, proactive, and driven to take initiative.

Desired Qualifications

  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the application security marketplace (SAST, DAST, IAST, SCA, etc.).
  • A strong track record of selling to large enterprise organizations.
  • Comfort with building a region from scratch, with experience as the first salesperson in a new territory.
