Job summary

Malone Workforce Solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in Atlanta, GA. You will drive business development for the assigned region, manage a team of BDMs, and partner with the Regional VP to execute growth strategies.

Responsibilities include building a strong regional pipeline, closing accounts with 50+ field placements, and collaborating with sales and marketing to implement territory strategies. This is a full-time on-site role requiring travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years B2B staffing sales experience
• HS Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel within territory and in-office schedule

Responsibilities

• Generate sales and develop leads for the assigned region
• Lead and manage BDMs in the region
• Achieve sales goals by managing regional pipeline and partnering with RVP
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to grow major accounts
• Communicate with branch offices and contribute to team-based selling
