Job Description

We have a position open for a Regional Sales Manager in the South New Jersey area. Ideal candidates will be based south of interstate 78 in NJ.

You enjoy promoting high-quality products and assisting our partners in the sales and education of Axis Communications solutions within the designated territory.

Responsibilities
  • Promote and educate integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users about IP Video and Axis cameras.
  • Maintain strong relationships with prospects and current customers.
  • Arrange and conduct site visits for product demonstrations, presentations, lunch and learns, and seminars.
  • Collaborate with Axis Communication’s Application Development Partners.
  • Recommend appropriate camera solutions and compare products.
  • Participate in trade shows, seminars, Axis Academies, webinars, and other promotional activities.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports on new and existing projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Candidate Profile
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to listen and tailor presentations to customer needs.
  • Ability to motivate effectively in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Trustworthy and resourceful.
  • Public speaking skills.
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent electronic trade training.
  • 5+ years in a sales-driven role.
  • Strong technical background.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Physical Demands
  • Frequently lift 20-50 lbs, occasionally more.
  • Travel between 50%-70% of the time.
Salary Range

The approximate pay range is $140,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation depends on qualifications, experience, skills, and physical work location within the state.
