Our territory continues to expand with nineteen distribution centers and five fabrication and finishing facilities nationwide.

Brief Description

As a Steward and frontline contact for our Territory Managers and Customers, the Regional Manager will develop growth plans and maintain positive, profitable relationships. The role involves mentoring and holding Territory Managers accountable for achieving sales and growth goals.

Responsibilities include (not limited to):
  1. Managing, coaching, and training Territory Managers daily.
  2. Reviewing call reports/CRM and providing feedback.
  3. Setting sales and conversion goals.
  4. Identifying and scheduling training for salespeople.
  5. Following up on goals and expectations for TMs.
  6. Leading regional sales meetings.
  7. Assisting in hiring and managing personnel records.
  8. Collaborating with HR on performance plans.
  9. Traveling with TMs to support and resource territories.
  10. Reviewing sales reports and developing marketing strategies.
  11. Working with TMs to grow sales and identify new customers.
  12. Communicating inventory and customer service needs.
  13. Writing sales summaries and assisting with customer events.
  14. Maintaining general knowledge of residential construction.
  15. Developing relationships to increase sales of key products.
  16. Using electronic expense tools daily.
  17. Ensuring reliable internet and vehicle readiness.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Strong communication skills, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Energetic, motivated, self-starter with minimal supervision.
  • Open to coaching and mentorship.
  • Professional behavior and adherence to policies.
