Mate Precision Technologies is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Western/Central Territory (Remote with regional travel). You will lead a team of Fabrication Specialists, drive growth, and strengthen customer relationships across the Western and Central US.

Responsibilities include developing regional sales strategies, mentoring staff, engaging key accounts, and collaborating with marketing, operations, and sales management. Travel 9-11 overnights per month.

Formación

• Residence within Western & Central US Territory.
• Minimum five years of sales and/or sales management experience in a related industry.
• At least five years of fabrication tooling experience (Punch/Die, Press Brake, or Laser).
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Ability to travel regionally with 9–11 overnights per month.

Requirements:

What You’ll Bring

• Residence within the assigned Western & Central US Territory (WA, OR, MT, ID, WY, CA, NV, AZ, UT, TX, OK, AR, MO, or NE).
• Minimum of five years of sales and/or sales management experience in a related industry.
• At least five years of fabrication tooling experience (Punch/Die, Press Brake, or Laser).
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Strong business acumen, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software; familiarity with CAD or programming software is a plus.
• Ability to travel regionally with approximately 9-11 overnights per month
• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced technical education or college degreepreferred.
