Role Description

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is an individual contributor responsible for building a territory primarily through prospecting new business and expanding existing accounts. You will report to and work closely with the SVP of Sales to develop a go-to-market strategy aimed at maintaining a 3-4x pipeline and achieving quarterly targets.

The qualified candidate will develop territory and account plans, build a referenceable customer base through transactions, and promote adoption of the Anvilogic Platform.

  1. Develop and execute Territory and Opportunity Plans.
  2. Maintain a pipeline at 3–4x coverage through consistent prospecting.
  3. Demonstrate strong knowledge of Anvilogic use cases and articulate value effectively.
  4. Build trusted relationships with security teams and key stakeholders.
  5. Own and drive the end-to-end sales process.
  6. Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
  7. Proactively identify deal risks and collaborate to mitigate them.
  8. Operate with urgency and accountability.
  9. Provide accurate weekly sales forecasts.
  10. Identify and develop internal champions.
  11. Gain access to executive buyers.
  12. Conduct multiple in-person meetings weekly.
  13. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
  14. Travel to customer sites is expected.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 8+ years of enterprise software and security sales success.
  • Proven experience engaging with SOC engineers, analysts, CISOs, Chief Data Officers, and CIOs.
  • Ability to manage a structured sales process.
  • Strong prospecting and discovery skills to build a high-quality sales pipeline.
  • Consistent achievement of quarterly targets.
  • Accurate sales forecasting.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • High-character, self-motivated team player who is passionate, coachable, humble, and driven.
  • Excellent communication skills.
