About The Job

We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to drive sustainable and profitable sales growth within the Protein market. This role focuses on Separation Technology, including Decanters, High-Speed Separators (HSS), Membranes, and Evaporation Systems. The candidate will develop new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing customers through direct sales and external channels. This remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere within the South-Central region, with up to 50% travel, offering variety and opportunities to succeed.

As Part Of The Team, You Will
  1. Identify, prospect, and qualify potential customers to expand market share.
  2. Strengthen relationships with existing accounts by understanding their needs and promoting tailored solutions.
  3. Conduct customer meetings (virtual and in-person) to present solutions, review processes, and assess Alfa Laval technologies.
  4. Collaborate with technical service teams and product specialists to deliver comprehensive customer solutions.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  6. Manage pricing, negotiations, and contracts to secure orders.
  7. Utilize CRM tools to track progress and support decision-making.
What You Know

You have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or related fields, or equivalent experience. Additionally, you possess:

  1. Proven sales and marketing experience, ideally in business development, product management, or solution sales.
  2. 3-7 years of sales experience, focusing on building customer relationships and results.
  3. Experience with separation technology is highly preferred.
  4. Experience in prospecting, qualifying customers, and managing existing accounts.
  5. Strong ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
