Job Responsibilities

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Territory Managers across the South / Midwest US, develop strategic plans, and foster relationships with distributors and contractors to meet sales targets. Your role involves expanding market presence and ensuring excellent customer service, including managing customer relationships, sales growth, profitability, issue resolution, new product launches, and industry engagement.

Key Duties
  • Manage, mentor, and develop Territory Managers to achieve revenue and margin goals
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
  • Develop account strategies to increase demand and market share
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs for growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors, distributors, and stakeholders
  • Visit clients regularly to promote products and address concerns
  • Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
  • Monitor sales metrics and implement improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in sales management, preferably in construction, fire suppression, or related industries
  • Proven sales growth and team management experience
  • Knowledge of fire sprinkler products and distribution channels is desirable
  • Strong business acumen and customer focus
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Data analysis and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Must reside in the Western US
  • Willingness to travel regionally
