Job summary

Regional Sales Manager – North Region

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our North Region sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and ambitious business where you’ll have the freedom to shape regional strategy, develop talent, and make a real impact.

In this role, you’ll lead a team of Sales Managers and Account Managers, helping them grow existing customer relationships, win new business, achieve regional sales objectives as well as grow personally and professionally. You’ll work closely with customers, distributor partners, and internal teams to identify opportunities, strengthen partnerships, and drive long‑term success.

What You’ll Be Doing

Skills & Experience
Experience within the cleaning, hygiene, facilities, or related industries would be advantageous.

Comfortable working in a field‑based role with regular travel across the North, Midlands, and East of England.

  • Excellent communication, influencing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including experience using Excel and Salesforce.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
