What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive growth and market share through effective territory planning for North America
- Build and maintain a high-performing Key Account Management team to achieve sales targets

- Collaborate with internal teams to exceed customer expectations and generate demand for new technologies
- Champion standard sales processes and provide accurate forecasts and quote approvals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related Life Sciences discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of successful industry-related sales experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience managing and mentoring a sales organization
- Must reside within the listed territory and be willing to invest 50% of working time in the field
- Proven track record in identifying and developing new technologies for marketing and sales
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Plate Readers, High Content Imaging, Cellular Automation Workflows, and 3D Biology
