Regional Sales Manager - Molecular Devices - remote North East US

About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead our Key Account Management team across North America (East & Canada). This role involves guiding the team to meet sales targets, develop professional skills, and grow Molecular Devices' market share in life sciences, biotech, pharma, and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive growth and market share through strategic territory planning and team leadership.
  2. Represent Molecular Devices at industry events and engage with high-impact customers to foster partnerships.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams and develop solutions leveraging the full MD portfolio.
  4. Champion sales processes, utilize digital tools, and provide accurate forecasts.
  5. Develop strategic partnerships with large channel partners.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related Life Sciences discipline.
  • At least 5 years of industry sales experience in relevant fields.
  • 3-5 years of managing sales teams with a proven track record.
  • Residency within the territory and willingness to spend 50% of time in the field.
  • Experience in technology development and strategic planning.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Plate Readers, High Content Imaging, Cellular Automation, 3D Biology.
Additional Information

This position is remote, with a salary range of $135,000 to $155,000 plus bonus/incentives. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and 401(k). Molecular Devices offers a flexible work environment and values diversity.
