What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Lead a team to achieve new sales quotas and renewal targets while enhancing customer experience
  2. Ensure all territories are fully staffed and participate in recruitment efforts
  3. Provide performance coaching and training to Senior Sales Executives
  4. Manage regional territory effectively, including tracking pipeline activity and employee performance
  5. Maintain positive relationships with customers and assist with escalation issues

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Four-year degree or equivalent experience; MBA or JD is a plus
  2. 5-7 years of successful sales experience in the Business to Business marketplace
  3. Sales management experience, preferably in the legal market
  4. Proven experience in coaching sales processes and professional development
  5. Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation
